• Preview context, such as suburb, property attributes, indicative range, and comparable-sales signals.
• Your name, email address, mobile number, selling timeframe, request time, and consent record.

• Run the property preview and prepare the full pre-listing guide.
• Respond to your request and follow up about the guide.
• Arrange appraisal quote follow-up after consent is recorded.
• Improve the website, troubleshoot issues, and protect the service from misuse.

The price and property information shown by PreList Guide is seller guidance only. It is not a formal valuation, legal advice, financial advice, or a guaranteed sale price.

We share your contact details with appraisal partners only when you submit a guide request and provide the required appraisal consent. Current appraisal partners may include Ray White and Harris Real Estate.

We also use service providers that help operate the website, including Google Maps Platform for address autocomplete, Google Analytics for usage measurement, Gmail/SMTP for request emails, and website hosting providers. These providers may process information outside Australia under their own service terms and privacy policies.

We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect the website from misuse.

Guide requests are emailed to the PreList Guide owner. The website does not store a full copy of your request in your browser as a lead backup.

We take reasonable steps to protect information from unauthorised access, but no website, email system, or internet transmission is completely secure.
